Supply posts

You will encounter supply posts with water during the run on Sunday around the 5 km, the 10 km, the 15 km and at the finish (Garenmarkt on saturday, Vismarkt on sunday). Please put your (paper) drinking cup in the garbage bag after use. Would you like to eat or drink something more extensive before or afterwards? Immediately around the Vismarkt are many nice coffee/breakfast/luncheons with a terrace.

On Saturdays during the walk we do not have our own water stations, but you do walk past various fine catering establishments with terraces and shops.
